Shipping and Returns
Delivery on all orders will made as soon as possible – please allow 7 to 14 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed. All prints are made to order. This involves the print being shipped from my printer to me for to first check for quality and then signing etc. If there is any expected delay I will notify you as soon as possible. If you need the item more urgently please contact me directly and I will accommodate you as best possible.
Countries of Delivery
Prints will be shipped to all major international cities. If the delivery location is outside of the normal postal service then please get in touch as an additional charge may apply.
Parcel Service
The Royal Mail’s Signed First Class Delivery Service will be used for UK delivery and usually takes between 1-3 working days. All European and Rest of the World shipments will used Royal Mail’s International & Signed Parcel Service which usually takes 5-10 days depending on location.
Returns Policy
If the product arrives damaged please document it and a replacement will be sent and issued free of charge. The damaged product must be returned. Returns or exchange are non-negotiable except for in the case of damage to the item during shipping.
